Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. They last for one year.
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. These can be disabled via your browser or via the cookie consent banner shown on first visit.
We may, in the future, serve advertising via Google AdSense or a comparable network. Where we do, those services may use cookies to personalise ads. The cookie consent banner allows you to opt out of advertising cookies.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically.
Newsletter subscribers’ data is retained until you unsubscribe. Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the conversation ends and then deleted.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Email all data requests via the Contact page.
